Uncap your tube of matte liquid lipstick and wipe off any excess product from the edge of the tube. Place the flocked tip in the centre of your upper lip and stretch the material to each end of your mouth. Repeat the process on your lower lip, following the natural contours of your mouth. Leave to dry for a few seconds without touching or pressing your lips. Once the colour is set, it will stay in place without running throughout the day.
